• Talk to your local Dementia friendly Group and we’ll help you identify action your business can take to become Dementia Friendly

• Note your actions on the action plan provided

• Sign the pledge document as a commitment to take action

• Get started and receive your Dementia Friendly certificate and window sticker!

 

We will support you with information and advice and signpost you to other support that is available.
